Filtering
The filter options are located at the top of the Clients, Invoices, Quotes, Recurring Invoices, Payments, and Expenses modules. These allow you to segment those modules based on the criteria you set.
When a filter is set, a small indicator with the number of matching records will show at the bottom of the list screen. You can remove all filters by pressing the "clear" button at the bottom of the list.
Column settings: choose which columns are displayed on the page.
Search invoices: search for a specific invoice number, client, summary, and subscription ID.
Filter By Date: search for records within a specific or custom time range.
Select Client: look at records for a specific client only.
Company Profiles: choose which company's records to search through.
Status: select if you want to view all statuses, sent, drafts, canceled, etc.
